Sometimes we should necessary know how long we have not contact with the most important people in our life. Such as our families, or the man who helped me mostly. How time flies but we are always forgotten.

This App can help us to record our life, well how long we have not deal with the important thing. For example:
Should I have to change my toothbrush recently?
What time did I run last time?
How often I did not sleep before 23:00?
How many bottles of water I drink everyday?
How many times I get angry every month?
Oh, he(she) have not kept in touch with me over 10 hours!
...
All the same, this App can remind us to complete some particular things:
Tell me to call my mum every Saturday.
